Business context

In poultry operations, the challenge is not only production. It is information movement between farms, field teams, and ownership.

Utsav Feed Industries needed software that could support two very different users: the owner side, where visibility and control matter, and the farmer side, where reporting has to stay simple enough for daily use. The system was structured around feed updates, health records, requests, uploads, document movement, cost and sales entry, and monitoring from the business side.

What the system needed to change

Give ownership a clearer operating view The owner-side workspace needed to show farms, reports, files, finance movement, parties, stock, and priority items in a structured way.
