Hiring process

A simple review process designed to evaluate clarity, capability, and execution.

The hiring process is intentionally short and practical. The objective is to understand how you think, how you communicate, and how well you can produce useful work under a defined timeline.

Stage 01

Initial Google Meet

A short 15-minute conversation to understand your background, your way of thinking, and whether there is a strong fit for the role.

Stage 02

In-person discussion

A 20-minute in-person meeting focused on seriousness, communication quality, and role alignment.

Stage 03

Practical assignment

A small assignment will be shared and should be completed within 6 hours. The purpose is to evaluate execution, not just claims.

Stage 04

Decision update

The result will be communicated within 2 to 3 working days after the assignment review is complete.
